- Handling incoming phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Keeping internal records and client databases up to date
- Managing office inventory and ensuring supplies are maintained
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
- Option to receive training in basic payroll or entry-level bookkeeping
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within finance or law
- A positive attitude with a flexible, team-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
- Salary up to ÂŁ25,000 FTE, based on experience
- Flexible hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
- 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with increases over time
