Key Skills Required
- Proven work experience within a customer service role in a similar environment.
- Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of MS Office/ EXCEL.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
General
- To communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally via written and spoken means.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- To be adaptable, enthusiastic and learn quickly.
- To be motivated and driven with a can-do attitude.
Working hours are 08:30-17:00-Monday to Friday, paid at 12 per hour
