- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Facilities Management, along with relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key interface between all service partners to ensure high service levels.
- Maintain full compliance with environmental and H&S management systems through audits and investigations.
- Provide expert guidance on sustainability and compliance strategies.
- Analyse and interpret environmental data to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver internal environmental training to meet regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compliance communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements within contracted services.
- Manage finance, purchasing, and budgeting for contracted services.
- Lead and oversee local works projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Expertise in financial and budget management.
- Ability to implement best practices to reduce operational costs.
- Skilled in handling emergency and urgent facility-related issues.
- Contract management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and data management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Facilities Management (or equivalent).
- IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management
- IOSH Working Safely (or equivalent).
- Accredited Lead Auditor qualification (desirable).
