The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of commercial to corporate clients, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional service. You will handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and queries while working closely with Account Executives to ensure clients receive tailored insurance solutions.
This role suits a proactive and client-focused professional who thrives on building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial lines with experience handling policies above £5,000 GWP.Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Confidence in handling policy renewals, amendments, and general client queries.A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.An understanding of general commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Motor, etc.) is required.
