An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Pangbourne as a Deputy Practice Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, running, and management of the Practice.
As the Deputy Practice Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently
- Overseeing reception / admin staff
- Interacting with patients and coordinating appointments
- Handling complaints
- Completing all staff inductions / training of new staff members
- Assisting with staff development
- Overseeing the general maintenance of the practice property and equipment
- Assist with marketing and arranging events
The successful Deputy Practice Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous supervising / team leading experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong administrator
