Full job description

Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, have great leadership skills, and be committed to delivering excellent customer service while driving the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow across all areas of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Manage budgets, stock inventory and costs effectively to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Deal with customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize menu offerings, service efficiency and special offers
  • Build a positive working environment and promote teamwork and staff initiative
  • Work with General Manager to monitor and manage staff scheduling and labour costs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting staff costs, P&L, and inventory management
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
