The Role:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Can work under pressure with good decision-making skills
  • Be of smart appearance
  • Have a professional and outgoing personality
  • Have good IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and e-mail
  • Always maintain confidentiality
  • Be flexible with your approach to work

What we are Looking for:

  • Someone who wishes to unleash their sales potential
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and team member effectiveness
  • Adhere to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships, internal and external customers
  • Resolving customer sales queries where needed by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customer's shoes
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with sales leads
  • Monitor and help proactively resolve after sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Occasional work will be expected
