Location: Wolverhampton

Hours: Hybrid Working and early finish Friday

Overview:
A leading IFA in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator with previous experience in a similar role. SJP experience is desirable.

The successful candidate will work closely with Advisors and the Administration Lead to ensure smooth business processing, high-quality client service, and preparation for client meetings.

What will you do?

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, sending pre-meeting information as needed.
  • Handle incoming client calls, updating contact information in Salesforce.
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports, and valuation documents for Advisors.
  • Input Confidential Financial Review (CFR) documentation into Salesforce.
  • Process fund switches, withdrawals, and other post-meeting tasks.
  • Liaise with external providers and the Paraplanning team to ensure smooth business processing.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with financial products, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
