Job Title: Client Services Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
Hours: Hybrid Working and early finish Friday
Overview:
A leading IFA in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator with previous experience in a similar role. SJP experience is desirable.
The successful candidate will work closely with Advisors and the Administration Lead to ensure smooth business processing, high-quality client service, and preparation for client meetings.
What will you do?
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, sending pre-meeting information as needed.
- Handle incoming client calls, updating contact information in Salesforce.
- Prepare meeting packs, reports, and valuation documents for Advisors.
- Input Confidential Financial Review (CFR) documentation into Salesforce.
- Process fund switches, withdrawals, and other post-meeting tasks.
- Liaise with external providers and the Paraplanning team to ensure smooth business processing.
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with financial products, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
