Take charge of an established branch within a respected marine supply company. It provides an environment where leadership skills and industry expertise can have a significant impact.There are opportunities to grow the business, strengthen industry connections, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.  Be responsible for leading and managing a small, dedicated team, ensuring the efficient delivery of marine supplies while expanding the customer base.  Overseeing daily operations, you will ensure that the branch meets quality service standards and achieves profitability targets.  Developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with the board will be a key aspect of the role, with regular reporting to the Managing Director on performance and future goals.  A critical part of the position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the maritime industry.  Managing branch budgets, stock control, and compliance with industry regulations will also form part of the daily responsibilities.  Providing leadership and mentorship to the team will ensure a culture of excellence and continuous development.  Experience & Skills:  
  • Proven experience in branch or team management.
  • Strong understanding of the maritime sector and marine supply.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
