Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Project Engineer/Manager to lead a key project in West Wales. This role requires a professional with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, project management expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the electrical project, including planning, design, execution, and close-out.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering or management roles, ideally within industrial or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design, and installation processes.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
