Hoop Nursing is looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to manage a 45-bedded unit in the Vale of Glamorgan area.
The Unit Manager will report directly to the Home Manager and oversee the nurse and care team, providing clinical advice and support as needed.
This position is primarily supernumerary, though occasional shifts may be required.
Candidates must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with Lead Nurse experience and have experience in Dementia Care.
An active Nursing PIN is essential for this role, which offers a competitive salary.

Essential
