Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Intelligence Researcher to work with our public sector client in North Wales!
6 Months initial contract with the view to being extended to an ongoing basis
Hybrid working position
Salary - 14.84+ per hour - may be negotiable dependent on experience
About the role:
- Delivering Intelligence research and development relating to dynamic and ongoing Investigations.
- To communicate the findings of research to Intelligence Supervisors, Managers, Colleagues.
- To scan and evaluate information and intelligence from a wide range of computerised databases, and open and closed information sources, utilising mixed method research including single approach and mixed approach designs.
- Update the computerised Intelligence System with new intelligence developed thorough research, where appropriate.
- To attend and participate in relevant local meetings in particular daily briefings and tasking meetings as and when required.
- Conduct searches on internet based open source i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Ebay etc to assist in the progression and investigation.
About You:
- NVQ level III or equivalent relevant qualifications and experience
- Proven research skills preferably obtained within an intelligence environment.
- Possess an awareness of Law Enforcement tactics and investigation practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
