Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

  • Passionate about the culinary arts with a strong desire to innovate and create

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes
  • Help manage kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and Head Chef, ensuring efficient food service and kitchen management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Engage in daily tasks such as food prep, storage, and maintaining inventory
  • Contribute to team efforts by supporting other kitchen staff during peak times
