Customer Service Advisor

Adecco is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy and dynamic Sales Office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process orders, replacements, spare parts, and point-of-sale requests received via telephone, email, or post, following established procedures.
  • Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and post.
  • Coordinate and confirm customer deliveries using the booking-in process.
  • Investigate and resolve price discrepancies within your designated area, ensuring prompt and appropriate action.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent (preferably including English and Maths).
  • NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (desirable).
  • Exceptional telephone manner with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Strong keyboard and administrative skills.
