What we need from you

  • Valid in date driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Roadworthy Bulkheaded van
  • Minimum 2 years of recent work related experience
  • Upper Tier Waste Carriers Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service

Must hold:

  • City & Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent L3 NVQ
  • Level 3 Technical Certificate including the national Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 Certificate
  • Up to date City & Guilds 2382 b.s. 7671 IET Wiring regulation certificate - 18th edition
  • City & Guilds Installation and Testing 2391 or 2394 and 2395
  • JIB card or equivalent

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct full electrical home upgrades, installations, maintenance, services, and repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritise and complete work orders.
  • Inspect and test electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
