Position Details:
Location: SillothContract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM (Voluntary Saturdays available)Pay Rate: £12.12/hr to £12.60/hr + £45 weekly attendance bonus
Role & Responsibilities:As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing top-notch products with care and precisionKeeping aisles and bed ends clean and organised for a safe working environmentOperating and maintaining machinery safely and efficientlyCommitting to personal and team safety at all times
Requirements:We're looking for candidates who are:
Physically fit to handle the demands of a busy production environmentPossessing their own transport (unless you're local)Previous production experience is preferred but not essential-training will be provided to help you succeed!
