Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Aspatria
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour day shifts, 6am - 6pm)
Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team based in Aspatria for a leading food manufacturing company. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bagging powder products as per company standards.
- Logging data accurately and maintaining records.
- Performing manual work, including lifting and moving materials.
- Taking readings and monitoring equipment.
- Carrying out various tasks as required to support the production process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Basic data logging and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
