Our client is a well-established business, with almost 100 years in industry, and are now one of the largest organisations of their kind in the north of England. The company are now seeking to recruit a permanent scheduling manager to support one of their core teams in the Cumbria area. Apply now for an immediate response.

The Job you will do:

  • Schedule and allocate work among the relevant team to ensure efficient workflow and balanced workloads.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with the team to forecast resource needs and address any gaps.
  • Interaction with clients and other intermediaries
  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Provide regular updates to Head of Department on scheduling and resource management performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve scheduling efficiency and resource utilisation.
  • Support the team by ensuring they have the resources needed to meet client demands.

About you:

  • Ideally you will have proven experience in scheduling or resource management, preferably within a professional services type of environment
  • It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess a strong ability in organising and multi-tasking.
  • You will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be able to maintain our commitment to providing outstanding client service
