At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Colleague Support AssistantYou will work on a one-to-one basis providing administrative, and sometimes practical, support to a colleague who requires reasonable adjustments (as provided for within the Equality Act 2010) to enable the colleague to fulfil the requirements of their role. The hours of the role will may vary on a weekly basis depending on the colleague’s schedule. We will consider part time applications for this role.About youWe are looking for someone with:
  • Administration experience with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience of support work
  • Experience of supporting colleagues who require reasonable adjustments (as provided for within the Equality Act 2010)
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as required
