- Providing high quality support by following a detailed plan to meet the needs and wishes of clients/ their family.
- Enabling your clients to function at their maximum potential both in their home and the wider community.
- Assisting in the recruitment and induction of new Support Workers.
- Ensuring ACFL policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensuring Care Quality Commission standards are met for all clients and staff.
- Previous experience working in support services or similar care environment.
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
