Civils Supervisor Sites across Cumbria Competitive Salary + Van + Stay away package + Private Health Care + Life insurance + Other great benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with civils experience to join a reputable Tier 1 Telecoms contractor, with lots of travel, training & progression, and great earning potential.This ambitious, growing business is a Tier 1 contractor in the Telecommunications sector working with major fibre infrastructure companies to transform rural locations through the provision of high-speed full-fibre broadband. Having rapidly grown over the last 4 years and with a strong pipeline of work across Cumbria and Northern Ireland, they are now looking to recruit a few Civils Supervisors to join their skilled team. In this role, you will supervise several sites across Cumbria, working closely with direct staff and subcontractors. You will report to the Build Manager, taking responsibility for all civils-related activities, KPIs, and Health & Safety. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising Telecommunications projects or similar, and you will be happy to work across Cumbria & hold a Full UK Driving license. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Telecoms professional to join a reputable and growing contractor in an exciting & unique new role that offers fantastic earning potential, travel, and further career opportunities. The Role:

  • To supervise the civils aspect of the build, ensuring the associated build teams are meeting KPIs and targets
  • Attend weekly progress meetings when required and ensure Council permits are in place to keep civils works on schedule
  • Co-ordination of work in line with delivery programme
  • Sites based across Cumbria

The Person:

  • NRSWA Supervisor ticket or equivalent
  • Experience working on civils projects
  • Full UK Licence & willingness to work across Cumbria
