Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same?We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our clients Complex Needs Team, helping those facing homelessness, substance misuse, and mental ill-health. You’ll work with a small caseload (5-6 individuals), providing tailored, high-quality support to help them rebuild their lives.? What You’ll Do:? Support individuals to maintain their tenancy and avoid homelessness? Work closely with partner agencies to address mental health, substance misuse, and employment needs? Create and manage support plans and risk assessments? Be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a real impact?? What We’re Looking For:? Understanding of support needs, risk assessment, and safeguarding? Strong communication and problem-solving skills? Resilience, adaptability, and a “can-do” attitude? Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamInterviews to be held on the 5th March.This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (Adult/Child).
