Your Typical Week:

  • Order Processing: Manage orders via texts and emails.
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Diary Management: Keep schedules organised and ensure smooth operations.
  • Account & Query Management: Handle customer accounts and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS management.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage third-party logistics and deliveries.
  • Quoting & Invoicing: Send quotes, allocate payments, and assist with invoicing.

Requirements:

Client Care:

  • Respond to calls and assist with enquiries.
  • Process customer orders and manage stock agreements.
  • Handle sales orders, invoices, and customer queries.
  • Provide support with customer statements, credit control, and sales invoice posting.

Sales Support:

  • Manage CRM, schedule meetings, and coordinate business development activities.
  • Follow up on sales pipeline opportunities, including special sourcing, quotes, and samples.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and account management.

Supply Chain Support:

  • Manage supplier relationships and handle logistics, including importing, customs, and delivery management.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS standards.
