Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with our established, innovative and forward thinking client to recruit an Accounts Assistant to form part of their Perth headcount on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Finance Director you will work as part of a small, productive and energetic team where you will be tasked with ensuring that financial deadlines are achieved on a daily and weekly basis whilst contributing to the ease of reporting on both a monthly and annual basis.You will have previous experience working as part of a busy finance team and your daily responsibilties will include:Purchase ledger processing including reconciling supplier statements.Processing payments using BACS, cheque amongst others.Collation of time and attendance for payroll.Maintain customer records and identify when clients fall outwith payment terms.Credit control via telephone and letter.Continually improve financial processes and procedures.Work to maintain excellent financial record keeping.Daily use of Sage and Microsoft Excel.If you are an organised and efficient Accounts Assistant looking to secure a permanent, full time role with a business who are firmly established in the Perth area then I would be delighted to hear from you!Applications can be made by clicking the link alternatively for more details please contact Martin Crines, Director at Jenson Fisher Consulting on .
