Planner

SSE is seeking a detail-oriented Planner/PMO to lead the migration of our project management framework to Azure Boards. The ideal candidate will have experience in project organization, a keen understanding of Azure Boards, and a passion for streamlining processes. Day to Day Responsibilities

• Navigating and managing projects within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Shaping the structure and organization of projects to align with company goals.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards within ADO for real-time project tracking.
• Ensuring data reporting is clear and transparent for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth migration of projects to Azure Boards.
• Continuously improving processes for efficient project delivery.

What you need:

• Configuring Azure DevOps (ADO): Specific experience in setting up and customizing ADO to fit project needs.
• Structuring of Pipeline Work: Knowledge in organizing and managing workflow pipelines.
• Value Streams and Reports: Ability to create and interpret value streams and generate meaningful reports.
• Agile Planning Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using agile tools for planning and tracking project progress.
• Creation of Azure Boards, Kanbans, Backlogs, Plans, and Reports: Expertise in creating and managing Azure boards and using Kanbans and backlogs for task coordination and delivery.
