What's on offer:

Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently handle customer and supplier payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions
* Manage deposit receipts and deposit funds to the bank
* Reconcile and process supplier remittances
* Handle credit card payments
* Assist with tax return filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
* Process customer direct debit payments before month-end to minimise outstanding balances.
* Email customer statements on the last working day of each month
* Accurately process international supplier payments in a timely manner
* Raise and process invoices while managing daily Track POD runs
* Log and process customer credit requests received from Smartsheet and other sources
* Handle rebate credits for key accounts
* Process supplier payments at month-end and as required
* Efficiently handle and forward incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Provide support to the finance team and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed


Skills we are looking for:
* Previous experience in a bookkeeper role
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in financial software such as Interprise, MySagePay, Smartsheet, or similar systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
