Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a varied client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with audit and accounting standards.
- Oversee and support junior team members, providing training and mentorship.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor deadlines and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
