As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will:- Adhere to best practice procedures in all aspects of pensions administration.- Develop trusting and credible partnerships with clients.- Oversee the management of monthly and annual processes.- Monitor accuracy, performance, and SLAs for the team.- Handle complex pensions queries and perform manual benefits calculations.- Mentor and support junior team members.- Participate in client meetings and manage ad hoc projects.Your Profile:- Previous experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration.- Knowledge of current pensions legislation and framework.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
