Alexander Lloyd is partnered with a market leading Pension, Investments, Employee Benefits and Risk Consultancy and are currently recruiting for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their successful Pensions Admin team on a permanent basis! This position is aligned to their Perth office and operate a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days a week in the office.

About the role:

The successful candidate will provide administration services to Defined Benefit Scheme/s, running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations for members on Leavers, Retirements, Transfers, Deaths. Dealing and liaising with general queries from members, employers, and trustees. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Pensions Administrator looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this a supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain membership records and documentation.
  • Perform calculations and payment of scheme benefits.
  • Assist with routine project work.
  • Support with member enquiries.

Skills and experience required:

  • Current defined benefits administration experience, across retirements, bereavement, divorces, divorces etc.
  • Experience of performing member benefit calculations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Proficient in using MS office products such as excel and word.
