As an administrator for this UK wide household name, you'll support the training team during a period of growth to ensure that compliance standards are met and new starters as well as historic staff are trained and certified to carry out their assigned roles.

M-F 8.30 - 5, office based

This is initially an interim role for 4 months, with the potential to be extended and permanent opportunities within the team in the new year.

Your team: a small team of 3, friendly and supportive.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating mandatory training for new starts
  • Updating existing trackers
  • Ensuring compliance is met and new starts have completed the appropriate training
  • Liaising with supervisors and managers across the UK regarding their new starters as well as historic staff to coordinate training and feedback on any issues
  • Liaise the external training bodies
  • Produce reports (excel)
