Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.
• Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
