Clinical LeadPerth & Kinross£23 - £24 per hourOn behalf of my client who is one of the largest growing care home providers across the UK, I am on the lookout for a registered nurse with experience in taking leadership within care homes to join their team as a Clinical Lead. Responsibilities*Lead and manage a team to ensure top quality care is delivered to residents*Create, implement and monitor care plans to suit each individual resident, amending where necessary*Monitor medication records *Ensure the relevant training is provided and successfully completed to support staff in further developing their knowledge and skills*Prioritise responsibilities and delegations in a busy working environment and meeting deadlines*Build strong relationships with residents, their families and the care home teamRequirements *NMC registered nursing qualification is essential*Previous experience in a similar role*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, motivating others and promoting a positive work environment*Excellent written skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail*Friendly personality If you would like to discuss this role in more detail, please click apply or send an email to Robyn at
