Robert Half is partnering with a well-known company within the Financial Services sector with offices located in Perth, Scotland. The role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking for their first role out of university or college and to embark in their career in the world of insurance. The role of Trainee Technical Administrator will provide continuous learning and development, offering progression to grow and eventually work your way up in the business, moving on to new, more advanced roles and responsibilities in the due-course of your career.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing forms for invoices and payments
- Supporting credit control
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Technical duties with data completion and responding to enquiring on data integrity
- Work with and report to the senior team members
- Support with client communications
- Resolving enquiries and investigating any issues arising in reporting
- Communicate with internal and external parties
- Data entry
- Assisting with producing reports, client documents, and summaries
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
This role is an entry level position, and extensive training will be provided. However, the following attributes are required:
- Recent graduate from a college or university
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise your tasks
- A self-started with ability to take initiative
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Keen interest for Financial Services sector
- Previous experience in a client facing or customer service role would be an advantage
