Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team of a well-established quality house builder for their new developments in the Perth/Fife area.
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer services and to guide the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit a proactive, process driven person with good communication skills.
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Qualify client requirements, liaising with appropriate third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the journey runs as smoothly as possible.
- Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management information.
- Assist with Site Manager on the handover of completed property to the client, including a full explanation of all benefits and features.
- Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising
- General housekeeping of Show Home and Sales Office
Role Essentials Include:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
- Experience within a similar role or delivering sales in a service environment
- Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors
- Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally
- A full UK Driving Licence is required
