The ONE Group is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic small business located just outside of Peterborough in their search for a Management Accountant.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, close-knit team in a stand-alone role where you'll have full ownership of the finance function and the chance to implement new ideas and improvements.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing of purchase and sales ledgers
- Managing foreign exchange and payments
- Preparing and reconciling balance sheets
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Handling VAT returns
- Maintaining the cashbook and nominal ledger
- Producing P&L accounts
- Supporting with ad hoc finance tasks as needed
About you: We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role, who's confident working on their own and can be proactive. Experience with Xero is highly desirable, and being hands-on with all areas in finance is a must.What's on offer:
