Our client based in Peterborough is seeking a Support Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm. This is a great opportunity to join an established local business who offer great training and career progression.
Responsibilities
In this Support Administrator you will be responsible day to day for a varied workload including:-
- You will be required to support the department in coordinating documentation, updating information
- You will produce and analyse reports
- You will identify errors and carry out root cause analysis
- You will assist with the development of services and products
Skills required
To be considered for the role of Support Administrator you will have:-
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience of working in fast paced environment with the ability of building relationships.
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload
