Opportunity:

Design Manager to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress.

This role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high performing and supportive team. Experience within the civil engineering industry is essential for this role, ideally coming from a main contractor background.

The candidate:

Rail experience required
HND/HNC/Degree
Membership of relevant Professional Institute i.e., CIOB
Ability to lead and provide a professional, comprehensive, and sustainable design service for the Client at Bid/Delivery stage
Experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routes
Experience on bidding and winning work
