Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Clients Peterborough branch and lead a team to achieve outstanding results. If you are an experienced manager with a strategic mindset and a knack for developing talent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Drive branch performance by developing and executing strategies that improve sales and profitability.

路 Use Salesforce to track sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and generate insightful reports for analysis.

路 Conduct performance reviews and coach your team to ensure they meet individual and team goals.

路 Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a smooth workflow.

路 Foster strong relationships with key clients, customers, and stakeholders to promote business growth.

路 Monitor branch performance and report on KPIs to upper management, providing actionable recommendations.

路 Motivate and lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

路 Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a service environment.

路 Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage.

路 Strong understanding of Sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

路 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

路 Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

路 High level of organisation with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
