My Client an amazing Brand in the local area, are looking to add to their existing and hugely successful sales team. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join their team and help grow their business further. This will be an office-based role, 100% Outbound calling.

You will be under a "Training Programme", which forms a long-term career strategy that new Sales Executives will follow, with a view of developing into an Experienced Sales Professional within 12 months, you will receive:

  • Director mentorship, development, training and support from a Finance Expert Director
  • A clear path, with regular sign posted targets and objectives.
  • Market-leading commission structure on completion, paying the best market leading salary in return for the best people.
  • On completion of the programme, we expect you to be earning an OTE of circa £150,000 OTE per year.

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts in your assigned territory. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify recent sales opportunities, and close to proposals to achieve revenue targets.

YOU WILL BE:

  • Identify and target new sales prospects through fact finding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and present customised proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and developments to identify new opportunities.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • At least 1 year of B2B/B2C sales experience (OUTBOUND)
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
