Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Annual Bonus

Location: Peterborough

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:15

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading metal stockholder and processor, for a motivated and forward-thinking Internal Account Manager. This role offers a blend of account management and business development, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring long-term success.
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Working closely with the sales and operational teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
  • Providing expert advice on products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong business development focus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in account management and/or sales is preferred, but we are also open to someone with a strong sales support background.
  • The ability to think strategically and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
