Foreman

I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a foreman for a large civils and earthworks scheme being delivered for a valued client. My client operate across multiple sectors including infrastructure, industrial/ commercial and renewables.

Foreman responsibilities:

• Working alongside the project manager and contracts managers.
• Site supervision.
• Tool box talks.
• Task briefings.
• Plant and machinery inspections.
• Record keeping.
• Checking works being completed are in accordance to RAMS and job specification.
• Liaising with subcontractors and the client.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.

Foreman requirement:

• Right to work.
• CSCS Card - Gold/ Black.
• NVQ level 3 or above.
• SSSTS/ SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Safety critical medical.
• Previous experience with bulk earthworks and muck shifting.
• Full UK driving licence.
