Are you ready to take on an exciting role as a Fleet Coordinator? Our client, a leading organisation in the transport industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team. If you have previous experience in data input and administration, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent PC skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What does the role entail?

  • Provide fleet administration support for our client's VWG/Mercedes demonstrator fleets.
  • Proactively monitor the fleets to ensure efficiency throughout the operation.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts in line with brand planning, including Purchase Order management.
  • Coordinate vehicle ordering and registration for our client's brand.
  • Ensure effective management of V5 documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to expedite vehicle processing and repairs.
  • Support the Demo Customer Service Manager with various projects and initiatives as required.
  • Work towards achieving brand KPIs.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in data input and admin duties (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy (essential).
  • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience within a transport environment.
  • Customer service experience.
