We are seeking a Training Instructor to deliver high-quality training on our range of products. The role involves providing inclusive training both externally to customers at their premises and in-house for all staff. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and confident approach, excellent time management skills, and a strong commitment to promoting health and safety through well-structured training sessions.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare and monitor training materials and discuss improvements.
  • Plan and deliver training on the product range.
  • Manage the training schedule and diary, planning work logistically and efficiently.
  • Provide quotations for training and follow through with admin from the initial quote to invoice.
  • Work with aftersales admin and accounts to process and monitor invoices prior to scheduling training.
  • Process training documentation upon completion and update training records for both internal and external training.
  • Conduct staff inductions for new employees and ensure adherence to all health and safety policies.
  • Update and monitor the internal training matrix and communicate regularly with department managers regarding upcoming staff training requirements.
  • Identify training needs through the evaluation of records and encourage future training requirements.
  • Manage time effectively to allocate working days for providing external customer training and administrative/office days.
  • Travel to customers nationwide to provide training, which may include overnight stays.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Friendly and confident approach with excellent time management.
  • Commitment to promoting health and safety.
  • Strong mindset and communication skills to encourage growth and progression within the training department.
  • Qualified to a minimum of RTITB or ITSSAR standard as an instructor.
  • Adherence to training & code of practice policies set out by the relevant training body.
  • Ability to travel nationwide, including overnight stays as required.
