Description
- Manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients
- Improve cash flow by implementing effective credit control strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial health
- Prepare monthly reports on credit control activities
- Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes
- Update and maintain accurate client account records
- Comply with all regulatory standards and company policies
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of credit control procedures and debtor management
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
