Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle customer complaints through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Work towards resolving complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
