Taskmaster Resources are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team of our client based in Peterborough.

Our client is looking for a motivated, self-driven candidate that is up for a challenge. A positive 'can-do' attitude is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound enquiries received via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
• A customer service background is desirable but the client is also willing to train the right candidate. You will need to have good communication skills, costumer focused and able to demonstrate good attention to detail.
• You will also need to be computer literate, able to work under pressure and be self-motivated.

Hours: to be discussed.

Pay rate: £11.44 - 12.82ph
