As part of this expansion, Hays has been asked to help them hire the very best in experienced customer service talent.Your new roleYour job will be to work as part of a small team providing support to both business and domestic customers through all channels (phone, email, website and webchat) providing information, advice and solutions on everything from billing queries, invoicing and servicing.The phone lines are open from 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday, so you get your evenings and weekends back!This job is 100% office based, so no home working but there is plenty of parking on site and easy access to bus routes (once they move to Peterborough).What you'll need to succeedExperience of office / contact centre based customer service is critical for our clients. We are also looking for an exceptional communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. You'll be comfortable switching from business customers to private individuals and so, therefore, able to adapt your style to help and serve everyone.PLEASE NOTE: to begin with, this job will be based in Spalding, but by the end of September, it will have moved to their gorgeous new offices in Peterborough.What you'll get in returnIf you're bored talking about bookshelves or insurance, then this job could be your way out!
