Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, No weekends or Bank Holidays!
Start date: Immediate
Competitive Salary up to 24,000 depending on experience. (OTE 30,000+ Uncapped commission structure!)

Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Carrying out outbound customer calls with day-to-day use of the company's diary and call systems
- Checking and confirming all customer details and having great attention to detail
- Ensuring notes are taken accurately and updated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Active listening skills and have the confidence to up sell products and services
- The ability to handle fast paced workload and not be afraid of challenges
- Being the first point of contact for the company
- Being highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and be the best you can be!
- Product knowledge to the customer confidently, offering transparency and choice which are our core values.
