We are looking for an admin in Peterborough to support the Customer Order Management team on a temporary basis initially 12 months however there is the potential for a 6 month extension.
You will be supporting with admin duties such as processing orders, data cleansing and use of internal order systems. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, as you will be dealing with large amounts of data. Experience in Excel is required; training on other software.
Responsibilities will include:
- Following established procedures and guidelines.
- Supporting the order management team with non-customer facing tasks by processing data and collating information in relation to all phases of the order life cycle.
- Processing customer orders within the system.
- Manually allocating parts to customer orders.
- Compiling and distribute export and shipping documentation.
- Data entry tasks related to the order life cycle.
- Data maintenance.

This is a hybrid 37.5hr week Monday to Friday. During training, it's expected that candidates will be working onsite 3 days per week or more. After the initial training, it's expected they work onsite on average 1 day per week.
